First I would like to thank again all the staff workers that helped at RAS, everyone did great job, simply amazing.
Second, We have the final coordination meeting with BLM soon and we would like to have everyone placed around the course as soon as possible so that not only do you know where you are going to be, but also so we can show BLM who is staffing what position. I know some applied to be at all races when they signed on, but please contact Stephen the staff coordinator at [email protected] to confirm that you will be at Plaster City. Or if you have not filled out the staff questionair to get into the database, please go to www.hdrarace.com and go to the ABOUT HDRA link and then down to WORKER and please fill out this form. This enables us to know exactly what you need and also what you bring to the races.
HDRA fully supports racing in Plaster City and will continue to do so for a long time, great community, great hospitality and rich in off road racing history. We can never have enough staff to support the event and especially from the local teams and fans who call Plaster City their backyard, so if you want a front row seat as a checkpoint, retrieval, road crossing monitor or pit captain, please sign on as soon as possible.
