Stewart's Raceworks has them for there luxury pre runners (which I believe is the same body Andy McMillin has). Jimco just got their's done for their trophy trucks. Made by McGrath Fiberglass.

TSCO pre-runner glass and Andy's glass is two entirely different designs done by us at RCPrototypes , Tom Mcgrath is the Mold Maker for the Jimco body and the RaceWorks TSCO parts. He is very pricey and does one of the cleanest high quality molds and pieces around and well worth the money spent.
