It was an epic day of racing watching from the spectator areas. Let me tell you its much better being in the car. At the 4th spectator spot at 86.9 on the first lap the top 3 1600's were all running close together and pushing to claim victory at the Mint. When the dust settled Byron Ziegler and Greg Boyer claimed a 2nd in class 2000 but claimed the top honors in Pro1600. Aaron Hawley and Blaine Conrad would come in second and Hank Winter would finish third to round out the Pro1600 podium for the weekend.
