What about turning brakes? Are they a "need to have" or just "nice to have"? How about having a co-dawg? I know it will add some weight, but are most two seater cars running solo?
Right on Sunset Kid!! This is the first time the topic has made it's way to page two.Turning brake is only nice to have. Not sure about the co rider. we will have to pull Lee Perfect into this thread. The main thing is to get on the track, nothing that I put onto my car made it go fast than the seat time alone.
I might have some front tires for you, I'll check.

I'm going to ascc short course May 5th, from there we are going back to desert trim to race HDRA Reno july 7th. I will look at the schedule and race with you guys after that.
Good lucky, your going to like the short course racing.
I know we have beat this to death BUT, pick a comp ratio for the motors. I will run whatever everyone wants. With that said I like the extra HP, soooo much more fun.
Start thinking about it.
Good to hear, Ill be out there as well so that makes at least 2 of us!
I have fronts, I will be looking for some rears. After the HDRA race at Primm, I'm in the proccesss of changing my engine to a dual port, and doing a bit of reconfiguation for the rear shock locations so I don't break my freshly rebuilt rear shocks. And thanks again for your help at that race, you to Gitty!

Reason: punctuation !
Steve,
What might you have for some front tires? I thought I had some tires that would do but I was wrong. Let me know if you have anything that would work.
Thanks
John
