John, I have two rear tires if you want them. They are limited buggy take offs. Actually I will be in Lake Elsinore tomorrow till about 12:30, I will throw them in the truck. Call me if you want 951 233 2088
You can run a co driver although the weight will probably slow you some. You can always try it in practice. There is a $40 co driver fee. Also Friday afternoon practice for $50.
Next biggest safety item especially at Elsinore is a radio because of the two big blind jumps. You can use a spotter that listens to race control and talks to you in the race car, or just put the race control frequency in your race car radio and hear race control direct. Radios are not mandatory yet but a big help for safety.
I have not checked the class 9 forum in a while, but I have had a little interest from a few new guys, hopefully they will all come out and have some fun.

I am not going to make the race after all. Our work schedule came out and I am working all weekend long and can't get anyone to cover for me. Best of luck to you who are going to compete, and we will see you guys in desert somewhere !!

We had a great time at the race. It would have been nice if some more car would show up. Thats why next run on july 21 we are going to take are 9 car an race it in Limited Buggy. The eng. is at FAT right now to get more HP and the the tranns is at the shop getting done to. Wish us luck with the Limited Buggy class.

That is the same weekend as the big 9 race so I dont think you will get many 9 cars showing up.
