Re: Imperial 250 draw results
Vids are broken into 4 total. Good interview with Steven Eugenio at start of #3. Good interview with Brian Busby at start of #4.
Enjoy!

Re: Imperial 250 draw results
Is it possible for future races to do the drawing like Primm. I maybe new and not have much say, but I think people would agree that was not really fair this time. Basically you chose the starting 11 for 1450 by whatever names you called. So any name you called after 11 names had no chance but to be after 11th place. I am guessing its because you had 11 balls, but before you had number chips enough to fit each entry. So any name you call had a chance of getting first or last. By splitting the drawing into two groups, the first group of names you called were gaurnteed to be in the top half.
It is just a thought, if no one else cares then do it which ever way works for you. Just a suggestion from what I saw on the videos.

The following was posted on HDRARace.com under Event Schedule:
"IMPORTANT ** Sunday – April 1, 2012 – 6:00 PM ** IMPORTANT
DEADLINE to submit Pre-Entry Form and $100 deposit for START POSITION DRAWING."
The first group on 11 racers had paid their $100 deposit.
The second group was for racers that had not paid their starting position drawing deposit.

How about we just give you a 2 hour head start? That way you can do at least 2 trans swaps during the race.

So with that said.. say 15 people made the deadline. That would mean there would have been 15 balls correct? Everyone else is just SOL for lagging? Seems fair enough to me. Not everyone else's fault you cant make the deadline for a better starting position.

Re: Imperial 250 draw results
actually i will make one comment, lets see u race letting your co pilot shift. going to take time for a person new to offroad and racing to learn to listen to the motor and rpms. right noe he is just relying on a light and my voice which puts a delay.
