This is a real special off road experience.... find/buy/rent a vehicle and enter! This race is more enjoyable than the B1K because you get to lie in a bed at nite after a great meal in a cool town (Bay of LA, Loreto, La Paz, Cabo) and relive the day's stages before falling asleep.

OK, I just threw some 2011 footage together..... have so much and have never edited it...... someone hire me for 2012.... More than other races, NORRA needs to be visually documented.... I do the best I can on a <15K/yr. income.

Late entry here! Decided last week I'm IN, have a few days to prep this week!
No crew, no support truck, no pits, no arranged hotels. I'll have my backpack and saddlebags packed for the adventure.
In sticking as close as possible to the "vintage" theme I'll be riding the oldest running bike I have, a 2000 xr650r.
Friday morning I'll ride out from my house and first head to near San Felipe to pay respects to rider buddy Ox on this aniversary of his passing. Then up to Mikes Sky Ranch for Friday nite.
Saturday I'll ride to Mexicali.
The day after the awards in SJdCabo I'll hop on my XR (probably with a massive hangover) and start the ride home. Of course at least a night in Scorpion Bay and a little surf will be in order.

Darn Doug, Wish we had more room, taking pics and video is almost as hard as racing...
