Was just messing around on google maps. I thought this was pretty interesting to see when I searched the address of the LOORRS Reno venue.

Check out the corkscrew turn- You'll need to visualize this but as all the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series tracks this will look totally different come race day.
Top of turn 1 looking back at Corkscrew and front stretch. The top of 1 and Top of 4 have 100 ft of Elevation change!!
Coming off the corkscrew turn 4 to the Start Finish line.
This is short course history being written! If you seen what was built at Lake Elsinore and like the elevation changes of Chula Vista then I believe you will love this track.

I wasn't looking forward to the drive to Reno until I saw these pics, as a photographer I can't wait to shoot this track with no big obstructions between the skys and mountains.

will the whole course be visible from one seating position or does it disappear out of sight like Crandon?
any detentions on the track?

The only thing that looks obstructed would be the top plane take off to ski jump. Just like at chula vista's quarry.
My speculation

Is there enough water there to keep the track wet? Looks amazing!

After the tracks roughed in the good dirt goes on top like icing on a cake.
