My vote for a water pumper would be the VR6 as well. It’s the closest thing to a type IV’s power output. And Kennedy Engineered Products already make this adapter, $460.00 ready to go in 4-6 weeks. Weight on the VR6 is 374 lbs. Plus this engine is a VW engine. VW car + VW engine = a great combo.
Ah, ha!! A positive vote for the VR6...I feel like Wheezy when he gets that lonley vote for his ECOTEC idea..LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm going to call Kennedy and ask some questions...I was worried it might have a engine that turned on the opposite direction or something like that...next hurrdle is finding an exhaust...
I've never seen anyone use this motor before in a rail or buggy...anyone, anyone?
BTW, you can get them new or refurbished for pretty damn cheap. Of course, we would need to pay to get it inspected and sealed...how much does that run?
Geeze Wheezy, do I need to install it for you too..LOL!!!
Geez Wheezy, you just won't quit! How about this-N/A Ford 2.3 SOHC, Toyota 22r, Nissan NapZ24, and VW 4 cylinder water cooled? Do what you want, but 94 octane fuel is what you run in the tank and motor. Sound CHEAP enough for you? And you keep just pushing this thing farther and farther out from reality. You haven't and won't spend the money to do it unless the rules change for you. Well it appears that aren't, so now you won't be out any money extending your rear cage either. Apply that towards an 82mm stroker type 1 crank and race Class 5.
