Whats with all these non 5 car guys putting in their two cents! No one cares if you dont like our plan, but i do respect Tom and Stu or anyone else that actually races 5u. Crumco built 100 cars? Maybe an engine option thats easy would bring out even a small percentage of them.

Ive talked to alot of people in the Desert racing industry(builders,racers,Parts sellers and pitters) about this engine option, most everyone belives this will bring out many new cars and parked cars. Im looking forward to the chili cookoff hope all of you make it out to race. NO EXCUSES after all this!

thats two standard race T4 motors, 4 T1 motors, a couple of jeepseeds(maybe three if you buy in bulk, class 9 cars(let me take my shoes off, and 237 Crumco Chassis, just shy of what Texans spend on BBQ, and the amount of money Baja Bird makes daily of suckers wanting dayglow yellow dive stuff!

Glad your not tire kicking, thats fun for about two weeks, then you start missing the old racecar! Come join class 5. Lots of cars for sale, at this point you will draw first of second in just about every race you attend! Glad to see you had insite on Steves jeepspeed, it was advertised way different than you say it.... I just saw it online and raced with it in Texas a few times. I know ZERO about what makes a good jeepspeed. All I know is at the races I have seen them its alot of work, a welder, but lots of smiles too!

You are absolutely right, you know nothing about a front running Jeepspeed.
The class does suffer the same problem with the bottom 30% along with the other 30% building "projects" wanting the rules changed so they can perhaps run in the front. Good thing JS is not run as a democracy. Anyone remember CART?

You're waisting air here , All of the guys that are posting right now , besides you , good bad or otherwise all own full tilt 90+ thousand dollar class 5 race cars , without being rude , really dont care right now about the opinion of someone that CURRENTLY has nothing to do with the class

I do know they are a pain to pass, make lots of dust, but If you asked me to drive it I would say yes, because Im a racer! I did see that you had 3 hole entries in the 1000 as a class last year, booming class too right? why is it failing? its low budget, family racing isnt it?>

so if we take the bottom 3rd of your class at the 1000 last year, you had:

1 jeepspeed with good parts
1 jeepspeed with some good parts
1 jeepseed with junk parts
