    Early Funco Serial Numbers/I.D?

First of all, morning everybody. I have a question about early Funco-built chassis'. Were these cars ever given some sort of i.d. number on the frame or tubing after being constructed by Funco? I'm only asking because I'd like to know exactly how far back the history of my own Funco goes. The earliest I know of it's existence was when my dad bought it in either late '76 or early '77, and by what I've been told, the year of the car is usually either '70 or on a couple occasions, '71. Anyway, if there is indeed some sort of stamp on the car, where may I find such a thing? I'm Willing to provide pics (of the car) if needed. Thanks and have a good week everyone.
