Yep, he's been in a SX only contract since then (when he went 24-0). I doubt he will do that again. Stewart used to battle and beat the GOAT. He just gave up 2 mil a year to ride the bike of his choice, that alone says to me it's going to be an interesting season.
RC, Reed and Dungey had great success on the Suzuki...but there is another scenario - twice while contending for championships Dungeys Suzuki broke on him...WITH the best mechanic ever. That's got to be a little scary. The Yamaha obviously didn't work for him but it never broke on him either.
Can't wait!

If it's not DNF-DNS my second guess would be 12-8.

Well if he was gonna do a season and expecting good results, now is it with more than half of the top riders out.

I'm guessing top 20, maybe top 15 overalls. Possibly even a top 10 in there if he's doing the entire season. He's damn near 40 and he's no John Dowd. I wonder what number the AMA will assign him. 3? 4? 105?
