While I still believe Travis Preston holds the records for best interviews ever, 7's are pretty good. Always real, you'll never see him go into a robotic, empty, alphabetical list of sponsors.
I think he's right too. Only an undedicated wuss with no passion for the sport would race for free with an injured hand and get 3rd.

anyone think that millsaps leaving JGR has to do with the bike?
When a man knows how to live dangerously, he is not afraid to die. When he is not afraid to die, he is, strangely, free to live.
With that mentality though, I guess we could also make 2 TT classes for those guys that just can't keep up with the faster TTs. Oh wait.... This is racing. - Dan Vance

Davi already said he didn't like the bike right from the start. Stewart played it smart by saying the bike seemed to be fine for Davi and just didn't work for him...but Stewart knew as well Davi didn't like it either. Everyone who rode the bike didn't like it (Reed, Dungey, Thomas, Ferry, etc.) Stewart settled, Davi settled even longer, everyone is done now though. Hopefully this is an eye opener for the guys in Japan and Yamaha can stop the bleeding.
If it werent the bike, what else could it be? JGR has the deepest pockets out of anyone and Yamaha was willing to give them ANYTHING they could to make things work.
Of course there will always be those whos personal dislike of James Stewart has them on a Yamaha defense mission...but it is what it is.

And then miss the next 2 rounds. Out for Millville and Washougal.
well reading the "sign of the times" on racer X showed that the dunge is really THAT good. he posted 2 second a lap faster times than anyone else, including my man, stewart.
i dont want to jinx him, but people make mistakes and you never know when or what or how!
i was watching the UFC fight saturday evening, and people were like excited and pumped and scared for the fighters that they might get hurt.... i laughed at them! when i saw blake baggett SOAR the leap on the 1st lap i about shart myself! and i had this knot in my stomach that he wasnt going to make it one time and throw away the championship on a huuuge career ending triple! i was scared to watch the 2nd motor cause i thought for sure, the course would be rough and he wouldnt be able to do it, i feared for him more than any racer ive watched!

Couldn't grow a sack in a week I guess?
Dungey is good. He beat RV more last year than RV beat him. The only one who beat him this year is 7 and that might not even happen again this summer according to Suzukis press release on the severity of the injury. This hand thing is going to end up like RV's knee. It's the same hand he has injured 3 other times, starting with the Kyle Partridge incident.
I'm guessing Dungey wins by about a minute. Can't wait til some of the fast 5 come back because the Dungey show is real boring. Good thing we have 250's!
This summer would have been incredible with a healthy RV, JS, TC, CR and RD. I hope they all make it through the circus, I mean SX season unscathed so we can see that next year!
