Manx front brake conversion?

Does anybody know what it would take to convert a Manx based off of a 1969 bug to front disk brakes? It actually has disk rears, and I would like them on the front also. If it is do-able, who makes a kit or at least the parts?

I think Ghia disk brakes will bolt right on.
