Baja 500 VP and F&L Fuel Orders ... taking them now.

Well ... with the 500 coming up less than a month away, we have started taking orders. We had a meeting this morning and have decided to allow early pre-payments to avoid possible price increases (due to freight costs caused by rising diesel prices).

Call in, place your order and prepay to lock in your prices.

Now, they might not increase ... but just as an FYI, from Janurary until March ... there were 3 increases. I don't want to have a situation come up where one team calls in and orders early & another waits. Team #2 finds out that team #1 got fuel for less and calls in wanting it for the same price as the earlier order.

Like I said, this might not become an issue ... but with everything else aside, if you know you're racing ... let's just get this part out of the way. It'll make it easier for us to plan importation, etc.

yeah in January VP C-12 was $10.75

last week VP C-12 was $11.61

Yeah, unfortunately ... the transportation cost of rail cars has trippled. Let's hope the crude oil keeps declining and brings our cost down.
