IGN gave it a 9.0, if I wasn't already planning to get Ghost Recon next week I would have looked into this one.

Oh yeah, bullet time!

Been a fan of PAYNE since I was a devoted Play Station loyalist. Those days are over now. But I truly enjoyed all the games from Rockstar and am looking forward to this next release.

May Payne 3 looks to offer improved game play but stilled based on the original(s) which is why I enjoyed the game in the past.

I'm thinking I will get it for PC.. Bullet time is sweet.. but I love the effort they put into how the character handles and fires each weapon depending on position.

So I just couldn't wait, and got it for PS3. My thinking is that the graphics level I can play on my 5 year old PC is probably not gonna look as good as the PS3, and bullet time helps out with the chitty thumbstick aiming.

With that said, man this game looks good! Game play is great too. couple little glitches, but overall I'd give it a 9/10.. and I haven't even begun multiplayer yet.

Would you recommend it to someone who's never played a Max Payne game? I'm waiting on IGNs review of Ghost Recon, if it's below 8.5 I'm going to have a hard time forking out $60+ for it.

Whats cool about Max Payne is that it is complete different than the army games that are too similar to each other and like clones.

That sounds cool, let me know when you're done with it. I'm just looking forward to how Kinect will work with Ghost Recon, I'm counting on IGNs review to help me decide on whether or not to get it. Those guys are usually spot on
