Yes that is the one you wanty to buy..... you can buy the cheaper style for 29 bucks byt you get what you pay for... I have the van-Alstine one and it was well worth the money.

Don't forget to get extra blades of different shapes. You'll burn a couple of just playing with it.

Oh... and you don't need to put it on the highest setting to cut efficiently!
