Kudo's to Ballistic Fabrication. . .

I know that Ballistic Fabrication has had some difficult times and has gotten something of a bad rap for customer service and long turn around times so I thought that I would post up something to give them a little boost. . .

. . .I placed an order with Ballistic last night at about 9 PM PST and my order had already shipped by the time I got home today. . .AWESOME turn around time!!!

I have always liked Ballistic's product but the last time I ordered from them the turn around was very long and I had to bug them about it a lot, so whatever they have done to fix the problem I'm glad they are once again providing a great product and in a timely manner!

I just ordered something from them yesterday, they shipped it and I got it today. Awesome, right? Unfortunately it was the wrong stuff. When I called in she told me to send a picture of what I received, never bothered to ask me anything else or try to help me or even apologize. When I asked when I would getting a call back, because she didn't tell me that either, she said a soon as they get get my email and that they closed at 6:30. Very unreassuring that they were going to help me. I sent the email and 2 hours later no email or call. I called them with no answer twice well before 6:30. So I searched RDC for them and I see this thread. What a freakin joke, now I can't work on my truck until after the 3 day weekend. Anyone else have a similar experience?
