Veteran off-road racing photographer Mike Roth of Minnesota will serve as the TORC Series’ staff photographer

INDIANPOLIS (May 20, 2012) – Officials with the Traxxas TORC Series, presented by AMSOIL, announced that veteran off-road racing photograph Mike Roth has been named as the series’ staff photographer.

Roth, who hails from Minnesota, began shooting pictures 20 years ago. A former motocross race, his eye for the sport of short course off-road racing made him a popular photographer on the Midwest Off-Road Racing (MORR) tour. Roth would transition into a regular TORC Series photographer in 2011 before being named as the series staff photographer this past March.

With experience that reaches across the entire motorsports spectrum – from pro motocross and snocross racing to TORC, Roth has also been a consistent lensman at the ESPN Winter X Games.

“Racing is an absolute passion of mine and I’m thrilled to be on board with the TORC Series,” said Roth. “I enjoy the challenge of capturing the moment that brings emotion to those who view the pictures.”
