2008 ford f250 diesel mpg??

i have a 2008 ford f250 diesel, 2 inch leveling kit and 35 bfg all terrains on the stock 20 inch wheels, im getting 9.3 mpg when towing and pretty close to that empty, does anyone on here know of any upgrades i can do to get some mpg?
