That’s Right! We’ve just added $25,000 in bonus money for racers competing at the HDRA Eldorado Fireworks 500 in Reno on July 7. First overall, regardless of class, pockets a cool 10 GRAND for the win. That’s an extra $20.00 per mile for winning overall!

The balance of $15,000 will be distributed among other classes that have five or more entries for this event. There will be several winners of bonus money atthis event!

This $25,000 in bonus bucks is in addition to the normal 60% payback that racers enjoy at HDRA events! It’s just another 25,000 great reasons you should get your entries in now!

Good to hear from you B-dub. And to clear up a few things, to win the 10K overall money you have to be in a class that runs the full distance of 500 miles. Some classes for time reasons will run one lap less, but will get more time on course due to the slower speeds. We will announce the lap split once we have the average speeds approved, as we speak we are bulldozing and awesome new section for the spectators and a path down lizard canyon, once this is done we will run another complete lap and finalize the lap counts for each class.
As far as how much a overall winner could win? We are going to set aside the 10K for overall, then take the 15K remaining and split it between the pro classes with 5 cars or more depending on how many cars actually enter in that class. So a class with 10 cars will get twice as much as a class with 5 and so on until the 15K is used up. We won't know the split until everyone is entered, but let's say class 10 gets 10 cars and their split of the 15K is 3K and the overall is a 10 car. They would get the 10k for overall, 3K for bonus money in class and then their 60% payback. Tell the boys I said hello.

Hi Robert long time no see, Well I highly doubt a 10 will overall but I know never say never 500 miles anything can happen. This Reno deal sounds awesome and fun. Me and Kyle are working hard and playing the lottery lol!
