Re: We lost the fight. They are taking our OHV funds
Lenny, as it stands right now, the state is just forcing registration payments through any means possible. My wife received notice from the Franchise Tax Board that she was having her wages garnished for a dirt bike registration that was sold over 8 years ago to an out of state buyer. We have not received a registration notice in all those years after the sale and figured all was well. The paperwork says that we will be held responsible until the buyer finishes the transaction. MoonBeam is going after every possible source of money he can. Not paying your green sticker fee will just cost you another 50% of the registration fee as they take it out of your paycheck or tax return. It is out of hand.

Re: We lost the fight. They are taking our OHV funds
I have an MFG company in Nor-Cal.
I think it needs to become a Nevada or Baja-Nor based company since my home state doesn't honor it's commitments to me...and the Specific Fees I pay THE STATE for OFF-RAOD RIDING Areas...? The STATE steals them from me.
About OX: I can only pray that you get to meet a person that can make you want to rail The Baja WFO the way Jeff made me want to...EVERY time I hit that starter button.

Kim,
I am sorry I did not hear of this needed lobby address in Sacramento when you went. Please place me on your list of activists that will more than gladly assist in anyway necessary for the cause. Please email me at [email protected] or [email protected] if you wish to have another speaker for an event such as this. I will make the time for such a movement that needs representation in numbers.
Thank you for all your assistance and the others that have been addressing these issues as well. Just popped a note to the Secretary of the Navy and will be placing a post to my facebook in regards to the same.
Best Regards,

And only after a public vote or a State of Emergency can that money be transferred from one fund to another. Then again we might not need all the money as the state seems to be more than happy to sell OHV land to private contractors to build wind and solar farms on.

Uh, it is even bigger than that, up to 54 million and the criminals in charge are fleeing the ship to avoid prosecution-

I think he was trying to say that $33.5 million was specifically for the OHV program. That and $20+ million for state park maintnance which totals $54 million.
You can't beat them. No matter how many letters, emails, or demonstrations there are they will get what they want. Unless one of us is sitting on billions (haha get it?) to bribe politicians, bend over and take it.
