DOT National back order BFG

been waiting to get a set of BFG AT tires but they have been on a national back order for a couple of months now. started to look around at similar type like the Generals AT2 but they are also on a national back order.

i still have a few months before i really need them but if they don’t start making them soon, i may have to go another rout.

any body know when they may be available?

I ordered some 35x12.5x15's Mud Terrians and I was told that they would not be available until mid July.

If you are interested I just got 5 Goodyear MTR's 35x12.50-15 from Discount Tire here in San Diego. They were also on national backorder, it took me 2 months wait to get them. When I picked mine up the guy at Discount told me that Discount Tire bought Goodyears entire inventory of these tires, a couple hundred I think he said, so they should have some in their warehouses. If those would work for you check it out.

A few years back BFG was on national backorder for the size AT I needed for my Tahoe. I had two shops order them and also had Costco order them. They came in at Costco a week before one shop and I don't know if the other shop ever got them... you may want to check with your local Costco, the price was also cheaper than Discount Tire.

i don't need the tires for about another month but i like them here so when i need them, i got them.

best prices i have fond have been at http://www.discountedwheelwarehouse....sc3=99&sc4=114 and at http://www.onlinetires.com/user/vehi...allbrands.html both are loca for me so i dont have to pay shipping.

my next choice will be ether the Falkens wild peak or the Toyo. i think they are in stock.

it kinda stinks because BFG and General put so much money in to offroading but just cant deliver there product at the store.

I was in your shoes a month ago. Had been waiting on 285/70/17 BFG KM2 was a 10-12 week back order that just stayed 10-12 weeks for a couple months. Finally I called 4wpw and was willing to pay retail. Nothing there. Called BFG back about stepping up a size 285/75, longer wait, but 4wpw had them so I had to pay freaking retail when I'm on the racer program but couldnt get the tire.
