I was wondering if anyone could help relay this message to the Class 9 racers in Mexico?
I have worked out a deal with M.O.R.E where they are going to give 2 free race entries and 2 hotel rooms.
With 20 US Class 9 teams entered, one free entry is given along with a hotel room.
With 27 US Class 9 teams entered, a second free entry is given along with a hotel room.
I have decided that if any Class 9 teams from Mexico are willing to make the trip up to Barstow for the “Big Class 9” race they will have priority to the free entries and rooms to help cover travel expenses.
If no teams from Mexico take this opportunity, the free entries will be awarded to 2 teams and their entry fees will be added to the winnings, adding an extra $1000 in cash.
I know that there are a lot of really fast 9 cars/teams in Mexico and it would be great for the class to see them make the trip up north.
