Woods buggy ecotec swap
I am looking to swap a 2.4 ecotec motor into my buggy. I am looking for any information from people that could help me in this process. Right now my concerns are the the wiring harness and to either go with a new complete harness or converting the stock harness. Another concern is how big of a radiator will I need to cool the motor. I am still trying to figure out where and how to mount the radiator. Can the radiator be mounted horizontal with a fan? Any and all help and leads on any parts is greatly appreciated.

call CBM, I got the mefi 5 and harness, and any tech help you need.
There is also a nice radiator for the ecotec in classifieds, search "ecotec"

Also from some of the threads I have read I take it that the 2.4 does not come equipped with a cable operated throttle body. Is this correct and does the 2.2 throttle body bolt right on or is there a need for and adapter of some sort.

Jamie at RACECO can hook you up with the full rad throttle setup.

There is an adapter plate for the throttle body.
