    SRT please do yourself a favor and let this thread die. We all have an opinion of you now and you can't change it. The best thing you can do for yourself is let this thread die.

    Was the car insured as a daily driver or race car?

    I'm just guessin here but if entered in a "professional" racing event and insured as a regular vehicle isn't that some sort of no no? If so take my higher premium as a donation.

    If insured as a race car I'll bet we all want to know who insures race cars racing that overheat and burn up!

    Just so everyone knows, Fast-Aid does not pay for race cars. Our help is limited to medical bill assistance and stuff like helping people with their rent etc while they are recovering.

    Also, we don't just cut people checks. We either pay bills directly or reimburse people for expenses that they can document. These policies are based around what groups similar to ours do and are in place to insure the money that our org provides is spent on what it was intended for.

    Thank you to everyone who supports us.

    unbelievable!!!!

    Let me clue you in to a little secret. The off road community is VERY small... everybody knows everybody.

    You have deceived one of the strongest, most special and most powerful aspects of our sport: Giving. The off-road community is one of the most giving out there. Willing to go anywhere or do anything on their own dime and help anybody that might need it. YOU have broken that trust - Expect NEVER to get help again, and if you do, consider yourself lucky.... AGAIN.

    On a side note;

    what do you think YOU can offer a sponsor besides a sticker and a bad reputation? .. Id really like to hear this..

    Exactly! Lets hear the answer to this one. If it was insured as a race car I can see that person getting a hell of a lot of business in the next couple days! But im pretty sure they tried to keep it hush hush because it was insured as a street car and they did not tell them it was entered in a racing event....my .02

    umm...even race car coverage doesn't cover the car while under power. oh wait, you weren't under power when the fire started, you'r good.
