    SPEED Energy Chicken!!!

I've been thinking that SPEED Energy would make a good marinade/seasoning enhancement to chicken for a while and finally talked my wife into giving it a try. She made SPEED Energy Chicken over Jasmine Rice served with a reduction of the SPEED and chicken juices to make a sauce that she drizzled over the chicken and rice. It was very tasty!!! It was also very ORANGE and that was a little weird, but other than that it was a good dinner!!!! I know she used other seasonings when cooking the chicken too, but the SPEED was a key ingredient and gave it a very unique flavor. I think the flavor would be really good with the Green SPEED but I'm not sure green chicken would look too good!!!

Have you guys ever cooked with an energy drink? Do you know any other recipies???

I don't think he is "reefering" to beer... LOL

Why not make Orange Chicken with it? Deep fried with some fried rice. yum.

I'm tempted to try this...seems like it would come out sweet but it might work....

    ^^^^^^^^^

Sounds good... I was just talking to Jade about doing a beer batter with SPEED in place of the beer for some fried chicken tenders... Would be kindof weird looking with bright orange batter... But I think it will be tasty and the carbonation should help make the batter light... We might give it a try.

    Re: SPEED Energy Chicken!!!

Well guys, my wife and I made the SPEED Battered chicken tenderloins tonight with a reduced SPEED sauce over Jasmine rice. It was fun cooking it together and it tasted real good! Here is a pic... The sauce was very orange but the fried chicken didn't look much "oranger" than normal. We added seasonings to the batter and sauce as well as some soy sauce to the sauce and it was a sweet n sour type flavor but not at all your traditional sweet n sour.

Give it a try, and if you think of any other ways we can try cooking with SPEED post it up here!
