Hearing all kinds of good news about the Caliente 250 including the fact that about 80 entries are expected.

Former SNORE Treasurer Ruthe Jensen remembers the old days of the Caliente 250 in the early 1990s. "We couldn't sleep because
the people in Caliente partied all night long. They are fun-loving people who sure know how to have fun."

TJ Flores and his driving partner Las Vegas chiropractor Dr. Kevin Colan combined for the victory in the 2010 Caliente 250 in a Class 1 entry.

The meet and greet Friday at Caliente Elementary was a huge success with as many as 40 off road race vehicles and their team members. Many families with smiling students attended the event which included a pancake breakfast and orange juice. Hats off to SNORE for bringing back one of the all-time favorite pre-race activies and thanks to all members of SNORE who made the event possible.
