Starting to go back together into a roller with new trailing arms front and rear... The front end is pretty much all together less steering, and the rear end is back on the wheels ready for the drivetrain to go back in.
Gotta straighten a tie rod, and put get the rack together then we'll be able to roll the car around again. Currently leaving out things like seats, shocks etc until after paint to improve access.
Nice Trevor! so its almost ready...hadent checked the shop section in a while and i found a great susprise...keep it going...
also the 1/1600 was a good option!
Que onda Victor, casi listo para la mil! We're still looking into a 1/1600 for the future. Any new progress on your 1600?
Well we have all the $$$ parts on hand, just wating to finish some welding of the rear trany, engine mount and rear arms travel so we can have it rolling,
the good thing is that we have micros, cv's torsion bars, spring plates, shcoks, fuel cell etc etc
i will send you some pics on the weekend
I love these builds!
The car is looking very good! When I have sleeved tubes, I have cut the outer sleeve with a lets say 45 degree cut on both ends so that the weld doesnt affect the original tube all in one place. Does that make sence? anyone have other ideas?
Glad to see the car being re-built better and that its going to be back out racing. Keep up the good work!
See you in the dirt!
