Right, that's what he is asking D NO. Are they going to schedule a new race in Septmber (replacing Primm) next year so there isn't such a big gap in races between the 500 and the Mil in November.

I certainly hope they do. Making Laughflin 2 races is kinda of a cop out way of doing it. Although I understand doing on short notice like this year but hopefully they can figure something out for next year!

I don't know if you guys have noticed but its REALLY hot in the desert in September. I'm okay without it but that's just me.

Last year in San Felipe was ridicules!!!
We actually raced SF September pretty cautiously. No way we wanted someone getting stuck in Matomi for an extended amount of time. You can die out there!

I think having a seccond San Felipe race was a great idea! I would love to go to San Felipe twice a year.. I just think it was too short of a nOtice last year which was why attendance was so low..

Way too hot and humid for a San Felipe September race. At least in Primm, it was a dry heat.

San Felipe in September is unlike anything I have ever experienced. Hot and INCREDIBLY humid. Very nasty stuff for working in, on, and around hot race trucks. The turnout was low cause it's a horrible time to be there!

It only took about 3 minutes of work to be completely soaked with sweat, I mean soaked.

I think a race from San Quitin down the coast of Baja would be epic. Maybe head north to Colonet or Erindera and then south towards Punta Antonio or San Carlos.
