San Felipe COC race was the most miserable race I have been to since they used to run the SCORE Henderson race.....way to hot at both of those!

How long ago was it when SCORE raced HenBoulderSon? Did it run up and over the passes? how long?


I think SCORE needs to lease the Norman land by Reno for a September race.... use the HDRA Firework500 course. Better yet, Roger Norman needs to buy 50% of SCORE from Sal. You are all welcome for the great idea.

I think last one was 2004 for the actual Henderson Course that was 90% that side of the valley and reached the eldarado peak but wasnt over there long and start finish was in henederson in the detention basin.....was a 80+ mile loop (was entertaining having a finish line in a detention basin - during a monsoon season with heavy thunderstorm)

So how about Ensenada to San Felipe! Ensenada, Valle Guadalupe, Ojos, 78k, goat trail, Simpsons, mikes, Diablo and then Huatamote!

Its an average of 82.2 high and low of 56.0 in Albuquerque in September! Get Score to do a race out here! Big Beautiful Casinos, Great Food Cheap Beer, Cheap Gas and Be very easy to map 30-60 mile loops out here! Im not sayin but I'm saying!!!

Right, that's what he is asking D NO. Are they going to schedule a new race in Septmber (replacing Primm) next year so there isn't such a big gap in races between the 500 and the Mil in November.


I certainly hope they do. Making Laughflin 2 races is kinda of a cop out way of doing it. Although I understand doing on short notice like this year but hopefully they can figure something out for next year!

oh great, now I have to think and try to understand people on RDC now ... Thanks Jacob for the clarification ... I would like to see the new owners of SCORE start reaching out to some other states such as Idaho, Texas, New Mexico and Utah / ? Lots of land, Casino life, and all new terrain for most everybody -- I think all of these same courses year in and year out are getting tiresome ---

They already replaced Primm at Laughlin this year. Remember Laughlin counted as two races this year. Sat was race 1of 5 and Sunday's race was race 2 of 5. San Felipe was race 3 of 5. Baja 500 was race 4 of 5. Baja 1000 is race 5 of 5.

I think people are suggecting a new venue for next year to add instead of the laughlin 2 race deal
