HDRA Eldorado Fireworks 500 Cash Prize Gets Monster Energy Increase and �Big O� Bonus

Monster Energy has increased their support of racers at the HDRA, Eldorado Fireworks 500 by awarding an additional $10,000 in prize money to bring the total cash bonuses to $35,500. Special Fueled by Monster Energy cup trophies will be awarded to fastest qualifier, fastest lap, winner of largest class and most dominating! Each of these trophies will be accompanied with a check for $2,000.



Big O Tires is getting involved by sponsoring the live Internet show on HDRArace.com and will be offering a $500 bonus to the first overall, air-cooled car to finish. According to Jim Anderson of Big O Tires, who will be racing with Chad Hall in Chad�s Trophy Truck, �Big O has five retail locations in the Reno market. The Fireworks 500 is set to be the biggest off-road race in America. We are excited to partner with HDRA and look forward to the future growth of off-road racing in Reno. Racers from all over the world are planning to attend including James Horvath from Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada, Tracy Graf from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Dave Matui from Koshigaya, Japan and Mike Meachum who is a U.S. citizen but works in Brazil; he is flying in for the race. U.S. racers are coming from Tennessee, South Dakota, Austin, TX and Ponca City, OK to name a few.

Motorcycle racers looking for a challenge can compete in the U.S. Desert Racing, Fireworks Extreme motorcycle endurance race July 6-8. The bike race will cover 517 miles at the same time as the four wheel race but on a separate 103 mile course.
