Interesting that one of the parents think this has gone too far and wants his son to go to counseling to determine what has driven him to act out this way. Let me tell you what makes your kid act out this way- You, his mother, and his friends. I have done plenty of volunteer work at both elementary and junior high schools. Most of the kids are OK, but some are total little douche bags, and 9 times out of 10 when a complaint is forwarded to the parents about little Johnny's behavior, the parent blames the teacher and the school and files a counter complaint stepping p to a law suit if they don't get their way. I have seen a teacher called to the carpet because he gave a student a 'B' and the parent went ballistic because her son had straight 'A's up to that point. She refused to accept that her son deserved a 'B' because he was a little angel and was perfect in all ways to Sunday. The kid didn't his homework! That's why he got a 'B'. To top it off, they live in my neighborhood and her angelic son has been a little prick for years. It is because the parents give the kids the idea that they can do no wrong and entitle them to getting away with anything they want. These kids on the bus are no different. Maybe some are followers, but it still doesn't make it right and being 13 is no excuse. In the old days, punks like that would eventually get a busted lip from another kid who wouldn't put up with their krap and it was OK when it happened. Today, the kid who pops a punk like this because they are harassing an old grandmother would get arrested, expelled, have a criminal record and be marked for life. All because some parents refuse to accept that their kids are douche bags.
I would rep you 10 points but for what ever reason that feature has not worked for me in weeks and back to the story kick the little bastages off the bus and let mom transport them to school untill they have some respect for thier elders.

Does karma have an age limit? These little POS need to learn to respect their elders, preferably with a belt or a chancla.
