The 1st Annual Silver State off-road and powersports day is fast approaching. I thought I would send some information for People, Groups or Companies participating or considering participating in our event.
Attached is a google map of the location for the Expo. It is color Coordinated with Directions. If you are setting up any sort of display, booth or showing a vehicle, please enter on the south side of the expo area that morning. (The green area on the map) Tear down will be the same area. Please park any trailers and non-display vehicles on south Watson St, Kresge Ln, or Overmeyer St. (marked Teal on the map) Please do not block any business driveways.

When you arrive please go to the Welcome booth. The Welcome booth will be located at the far Northern area of the Expo area closest to Glendale ave. right by Silver State Forklift. It will be a blue EZ up tent. Please Sign in, and the girls there will direct you on where to go. You can also call me directly on my cell phone. However I would still like everyone to sign in sometime that morning.
Please be set up by no later then 9:30. Anbody later then 9:45 or 10:00 will be placed at the far end of the expo area. I will be down at the Expo between 6:00 and 6:30AM. If you need to leave before 5:00PM that afternoon please let myself or the girls at the Welcome booth know. Depending on how early you have to leave, will determine where we will place you for the day.
If your display or booth requires electrical power, please bring as many extension cords as possible. We can supply the power but we don’t have a lot of extension cords. If you want to bring your own trash bags to keep your area clean that is fine. We will have trash cans scattered throughout the area also.

I have gotten confirmations from some of you, But I would like to get more. Please contact me. Showing up the morning of the event is fine too, But a heads up would be much appreciated.
