Robby didn't end up racing. Turns out he never signed up for the race and shouldn't of been in the line up to begin with. Good thing because there wasn't much competition for him in the TT class anyways, however great race for the smaller classes.

Cool race, my only complain was that there was too much trash around the start line and in the little canyon by the start other than that it was a fun event

yeah it was a fun event. we ended up DNF but hey its a nice learning experience..

I read on the Mexican forums that Speed Energy Mexico had confirmed his appearance but I don't know what happened. I hope they make this a yearly event.

Yeah, I hope they make it a yearly deal also. I got a reply from Robby on Twitter saying he never signed up for the race so I'm thinking the folks at Speed Mexico purposely signed him up hoping to draw more people to the race. Robby or not, I'm going again next year!
