bajalite with ecotec 190hp/125hp to the ground goes 95mph max/ 3200lbs
bajalite with ls3 430hp/300(?) to the ground goes XXmph max / 3500lbs
modern tt with 750hp/450 to the ground goes 120-135mph /5750lbs
my prerunner is a fake tt, 400+hp dry sumped smallblock chev STRUGGLES to pull 105mph on a drylake and is MUCH lighter then a modern tt.....

how fast will the new bajalite-R go????
First off I wouldn't run 37s... There is zero advantage. It's actually a power killer. But with that said if Jerry hits the Flippy whoops with his truck pinned until it ran out of steam and endoed he would kill the BL... But the TL on a graded road will emaciate Jerry's TT by a long shot! And probally out handle it. I would set up your BL low and mean. And slippery as hell when it comes to air. I would seal the bed floor with fiber sheets and take as much air turbulance out of the cab as you can. Cleaning up dirty air in an under powered truck is huge. EVEN IF IT ADDS 50-100 lbs. It's proven.

I'm putting an LS3 in a trophy kart. You guys are all screwed...

It will be driven by Vern Troyer, with guest drivers from the lolipop guild. Power to weight!!

we are running 37" for wear and strength, non beadlock wheels......im guessing 125mph on flat asphalt....we will see soon....our body is pretty aero already.....

Pete... Think Bed floor and top bed cover and tail gate.... Tuck your spares you have to put them in a sealed trunk. Keep all your coolers in a place where YOU CONTROL the airflow. Having the ability to control the airflow out the rear of your truck is a big deal. The reason the Dakar guys use Kevlar wheel wells should be obvious.

    This stuff is awesome.

It's not worth it.... At all... It's been tested and proven already.

35" tires = getting stuck/high center the diff. 37" tires will be better for the ground clearance.

We will be testing the 5.43 and the 6.20 gears. We also have 3 different converters to play with.

All I have to compare to is our truck running on 7 cyls. We hit 118mph and caught and passed people. Not sure what a bigger engine on 7cyl compared to a smaller engine on all 8 will be like. But we will know in a few weeks.

    Should be fun!
