My other point was when you look at the amount of money you are spending on racing this 1 time fee isn't gonna stop people from racing this class. If your worried about this cost than your racing the wrong class.
So I suppose you throw money at anything once you decide to do it just because someone says that is what it cost?

Wait until you see what it did to your brakes.

Let me ask this have you personally raced a truck with 35" tires and one with 37" tires?
I have raced the same truck with both 35s and 37s on it. With a 740 Hp Patton it pulled the 37's just fine, but it was a rocket with the 35s on - used the 35 x 14.50 old Pro 2 tires at Laughlin and O/A'd the heat in 2008. I didn't even notice the difference in the rough with the 35s on but the cornering is better and the biggest difference is the braking is much better with the 35's - only makes sense.

This thing about 35's and 37's is kinda stupid. Most people change between 35s 37's 40's depending on what course they are racing. Laughlin 35s Baja 1000 40's. Tire size is part of your set up not a religion
