When I drive our TT we would run in the top 10. But no not up front with real TT racers such as Gordon, Rob Mac, etc. but see Ptard I have no problem admitting I am learning how to drive a TT. But you on the other hand ACT like you are one of the fastest guys when even when you heap is good you are not leading the pack.
If you guys haven't ridden in a truck with 40's in Baja you should try it before you knock it. Its an awesome experience to say the least. and fuel mileage actually increases when you can do 100mph for miles at 1000 less rpm.
I just looked at SCORE's web site and here are mr. bad as-ses results from 2008-2012
7 10th or worse. 17th, 22nd, 16th, 15th, 10th, 10th, 12th.... You see the pattern
1 5th, 1 4th, 16th...
My point is he is going to talk shi t on me when I am not claiming to be the fastest guy out there. This is all he thinks he has but for someone who has been doing this so long he really sucks!
Carry on pete...
Pete is a fast driver.... he is also way under funded so his truck breaks a lot. I think you even have more funding than he does Jerry, and $$$ wise you can't hang with the other guys in TT. You are actually doing pretty well on the budget you have though.
The whole point on tires is, if you don't have the HP, don't add the rotating weight. You may not see a difference from 35s to 37s with 500+ HP to the ground but you will if you only have 200 to the ground. You will also know it if your drivetrain and brakes aren't up to the task.
I know of several drivers that change tire size. Obviously they also run a diffrant drive terrain set up. But this thread is obviously about who can make the most rude comments to who so you guys have fun with it I'm not getting into that.
