When there is over $10,000 on the line and your winning the race, a SPORTSMAN need to Repect the Professinal and move. There out there to survive we are out there to win!

I agree that respect should be given to a race leader...but wasn't the guy driving the sportsman class in a race too??? You make it sound like he should have just pulled over and truned his truck off (and you'd have a complaint with that too) And I'm not the only one having a hard time understanding your logic of "Sam Berri ran into him so hard that he broke his transmission, so it's the other guys fault"

Not accurate.... see facts below, ask Sam and others that were actually there

From 2nd place back the officials CHANGED the race course markers allowing EVERYONE except #16 to cut approx 9 miles off the course skipping the bottleneck area and most difficult part of this very tough course. Please stop posting when you don't know what you are talking about.

The fact is that as #16 got close to the end of lap 1 we were on the radio and phone asking what HDRA's plans were for the bottleneck area. The race could of been held at the start/finish or at a check point until approximatly 25% of the race entries that were stuck at said hill were cleared or a decision was made. HOWEVER, after not making a decision soon enough the officials continued the race on the entire course for #16. #16 got to the bottleneck area at about the same time 2nd place, about 8 minutes behind #16, was given a re-route where the course cut from approx mile 31 across to mile 40. The entire field of leaders (except #16) and all other racers skipped the hard part of the course at the direction of the officials. #16 driver Josh Daniel and navigator TJ Flores found a way around the bottleneck but in the process used up the truck (tranny stuck in 1st gear). At the time they and the #16 crew were still under the assumption that EVERYONE was also going this way. Had the information been transfered the team and then to those in the truck Josh and TJ may have made other decisions.

These are just the facts, nothing more. We are good with Roger and HDRA but can NEVER accept some half truth internet report that someone may have pre run better than us, if you only knew what you were saying! ha ha

I think one of the delay factors may have been that officials were dealing with a medical situation on lap 1 that may have made it hard to get right on top of the bottleneck situation.

    Congrats to all the finishers

I heard that a member of Brandon's team went to pull him down and in doing so, they both went down. From what I have gathered, no punches were thrown.

What he is saying is the slower vehicle needs to learn how to move over when caught, and if he is a sportsman driver then he really needs to learn where the unlimited cars and trucks are. His co rider needs to watch the mirrors also his pit crew should be relaying when unlimited cars are approaching.

Off road racing is one of the last true wild west sports...We should have a cage set up for issues to be taken care of.After hearing how much the winner was given I would find away around...Go pros should show the truth...I have driven sportsman cars and riden in cl1 cars the mirror saves $$$$

I disagree...combine the way he always puts emphasis on SPORTSMAN and keep referring to the driver as "AMATEUR HOUR"...makes it sound like he doesn't think much of the sportman class or their drivers in general.

(unless the guy really does go by amateur hour...which would just be really weird)

Well since you choose to start by calling another driver who works hard to be able to race also names, Remember you started the tone!!! First off yes he is a rookie, he has a experienced co- driver with him and a Dad who has taught him very well. From what I know of the race it is pretty tough to pass on this course. Do you really believe that he just stayed in his way on purpose??? If sam was that fast then I am sure if their was room to pass he would have just made the pass right? Next if he is blaming tranny trouble On BRANDON from excessive nerfing...who is the idiot??? The next thing when Sam ran down to Brandons pit and started making PHYSICAL threats toward a 16 year old kid, to his DAD what do you think is gonna happen. If I was Todd and some Person was making threats at me or my child. I would have stood my ground also. Remember SAM went to their pit and started the altercation. So My opinion to you HAHABUG-keyboardwuss crazy ( see other people can call names also) one dont start off by calling names, two I bet Brandon would smoke your ass! and three I just wasted time on your douche thread!!
