It seemed to me like they forgot he was back there.They never said anything about him after the initial conversation even when they were stopped.For me it was hard to tell they were on a hill but it looked like there was room to pull over.

Sam is one of the fastest people in the desert, has been for years, He knows how to pass people. They see him at 0:30 and the first TAP is at 5:01.I'm sure he's moving 2X as fast as you, so if you see him(which you did) get over! I would say he was on them for 3 +/- mins. When he saw you waive at the stuck vehicles and still not acknowledge him I'm sure that was the last straw for him. Waive your hand BEFORE you get hit. Oh, I hope you don't loose your allowance for using the "F" word, that would suck. I'm sure your mom is pissed......

I agree Sam is one of the fastest cars in the desert. From the video you can hear a siren at 3:16. At this point you even see the driver check the side mirror and rear view mirror. He is looking back like he heard something....Also at this point in the video the truck was traveling at honestly half the speed a normal class 1 would. The truck was just cruising it seemed like. That's fine but you guys were obviously racing to finish and should have kept a better eye on the mirrors. Having raced for YEARS against Sam I'm sure he was there a LONG time before he hit you guys like that.
