Re: 149 SAM BERRI vs 1456 Brandon "AMATEUR HOUR" Aurther
How can you call a 16-year-old kid a dbag? Did you even watch the video? He's a rookie. We all were at some point. Give the kid a break. As a driver myself I gotta say that if you slam into someone hard enough to lose your tranny, its your own fault. It's not like the kid brake checked him.

Bitches please......................... wait 2 secs before the 2nd nerf & he would have got to pass Arthur.
At 3:16 in the video you can hear the siren, 1 min and 45 seconds later at 5:01 he gets hit hard = Co Driver fail

I'm curious as to what happened to the siren? If he was using it at 3:16 like a few have heard but obviously the driver and co pilot did not, then why turn it off when you close the distance and they could have actually heard it? Why not leave it on till the vehicle pulls over? Was it broken?

Im tired of hearing about the 16 year old kid factor. If a parent puts their kid out there to do battle with the men then he should be treated like a man. Before, durimg, or after a race!
And if I heard my 16 year old kid dropping F-bombs on our go pro video the race truck would be parked for awhile even if he were a superstar 1450 SPORTSMAN driver in hdra

Re: 149 SAM BERRI vs 1456 Brandon "AMATEUR HOUR" Aurther
If Sam was able to confront the F Bomb Kid in the pits he was setting his self-up for possibly a verbal or physical assault against a minor that could have resulted in his arrest for Child Abuse
Children shouldn’t be allowed to drive a race car until their adult that can be held legally responsible for their actions; the race promoter is guilty of endangering his adult customers by allowing a child to drive a race car
The DMV no longer allows a kid to drive with fellow teenagers due to a long history of problems related to driver maturaty

It's easy...I do it everyday!.....I look out my window at worked at all the little kids skateboarding my handrail and say "get the he'll out of here you little douche bags or I'll call the cops"
But really now, 2 days after I turned 17 I was throwing hand grenades at Ft Knox, at 13 you become a man(Hebrew) 15 if your Mexican,12 in India etc.........
I think everything that kid did was wrong, when someone taps you pull the F over,it's been said thousands of times here,AA Jack rabbited and put Berri out of the race.

Re: 149 SAM BERRI vs 1456 Brandon "AMATEUR HOUR" Aurther
No buggy pulled over to let Brandon by, both racers were parked at the bottom of the hill already. The short siren blast as Brandon passed the two seems more to be Brandon saying hey to the parked racers rather than Berri, because if it was Berri, why didn't it stay on all the way up the hill?? Just sayin' and only Brandon and Sam know who's siren that was! Not say'n Brandon's codawg didn't screw up too, and good bet he and Brandon have both learned a lot from this, but do we really need true D'bags coming on here and calling others D'bags?

Re: 149 SAM BERRI vs 1456 Brandon "AMATEUR HOUR" Aurther
I think it is funny that anyone assumes that the driver and co-driver even heard a siren with their helmets on and engine noise. How many threads have there been in the past about riders staying in front for miles with a siren blasting behind them. Just because we can (maybe) hear a siren in through the GoPro video does not mean they could hear it.
It truly is funny how we all can watch the same video and all see it differently.
The team posted the video because I am sure they thought it would validate their position, and many of you see it differently.
It would be interesting to hear Brandon's play by play commentary of the video - we have never heard from him.
This is an interesting thread because the subject is near and dear to all racers who have been in the same position as Brandon or Sam or both and had to make split second decisions without the benefit of reviewing the video first.
