1456 had plenty of opportunities to pull over and stop to let the leader by - a couple of miles, 4 minutes. In fact, another racer pulled over to let 1456 get by on the hill.

maybe it took over 4 minutes to catch him after the co dog first mentioned the one car was coming???

i have been in the same position as Sam and can say that the cars at the rear need to pay attention. They have a right to be out there just like everyone else but you need to pay attention and learn from it.
