Who is racing Vegas to Reno? Is it worth the expense and the heat?

Biggest problem for that race is Vapor lock... exspecially in a trophy lite. High altitude and heat. make shur your fuel system is squared away!

I co-dogged for all but about 1 hr of last years race in a bl, 90% with a rental dude and 10% with the pistol. Had to wake up and get on game after riding for 12+ hours cause the riding changed to "racing". Gave the customer a rest break, he got back in and drove faster than he had all day. It was a blast!!!!!

We drove back about an hour then 3 of us slept in 1 chase truck on the side of the road till sun-up. Finished the drive back to Vegas as spent as you can imagine. That morning swore I'd never go back but am heading back out for this year and can't wait! Really excited about seeing the BL-8's kill it!

If you can make it happen and have a chance at the points and or $$$$ then why not?

It will be hard, easy, fun, and will suck all in the same day. Good luck splitting hares towards the end too.....

It is one of the races I really look forward to. It's a great race. The drive home on the other hand, SUCKS.

Were gonna try it this year in my 9 car.. either in class or sign up as sportsman and race for cheap with a few more cars.. BK Fabworks is finishing up some cool updates to give me the best chance of a finish
