Changing 98 f150 front lug pattern from 5x135 to 5x5.5

I have a 98 2wd f150 with an hnm kit up front. Im building a rear axle and the rear axle lug pattern is 5x5.5. Is there an easier way to change the front lug pattern without buying new hubs? I would love to be able to get some bad a** front hubs but i just cant afford it right now. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Easy to do..... http://www.race-dezert.com/forum/sho...-5-lug-pattern

You will just need to search the Timken catalog and find the similar unit bearing as yours, but with the 5x5.5 bolt pattern.

Or you could buy our old HnM uprights. Tig welded, heat treated, Spicer snouts, and CnC hubs!

How much for just the uprights? I bought some hubs from a guy on dezert rangers but my current HnM uprights wont work. Can you send some pics?
