It did not say the finisher with fastest lap wins $2k. If you want to get real technical in the rules it should probably say something like ANY COARSE DEVIATIONS RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION! Which would mean PAB, Josh, and the rest of the DA won because they went the furthest with no DEVIATION whether promoter changed it mid race or not the coarse was finished on a diferent coarse than it started so that is a DEVIATION. Just my .02

The rules were made up along the way. We got the short end of the stick. That's racing. It happens.

We'll be getting two trucks ready for V2R and then 3 trucks ready for the Baja 1000 while Mr. Cohee keeps pecking away on his keyboard....

Since when?? Any other series I have ever seen gives it out to the fastest lap on the posted course no matter if you Dnf or not. IF HDRA wants to mandate that you finish the race to get the bonus they should say that ahead of time IMO since that's not the norm.
