    is the entry only 340 if you run 1400 under a more number? this race is looking like it will have more entries then the HDRA race. Also do most of you run with an ohv sticker?

    I personally never ran this course before. How is it and what can we expect for a ballpark lap time. Seems like 365 miles in 8 hours is a about a 45mph lap times.

    Check out MORE's archives and look at the results for their 500 race that is usually run in May. This is basically the same 70+ mile course you will see at the Chili Cook Off this year. The top cars/trucks run a lap in the high 50's, low 60's. Here are a few links with the results:

    As far as what you will see, Lucerne is a lot of fun and very fast for the most part. There are a few rocky sections and the sandstone just past RM 45 to 48 is pretty brutal.
