This will be my first race in a trophylite and my first v2r. what can i expect rideing in the TL for this one? how much does the terrain change from start to finish. thanks in advance

Here is a thread started last week. Although this guy is racing a UTV and starting in front of the TT's and Class 1's, there is still good information for new racers, racing V2R. Good Luck!

what is a average finish time for the TL here?

i know its going to be a longgg day and im doing the same training regimen i do to prep for triathalon so my fitness and stamina should not be a issue. just need to make sure my head is in the game and stay focused on my in car duty's and prey the the best.
hopeing to gain some great hands on knowledge here before i get behind the wheel for 2013.

No Doubt. Sure changes the attitude of a driver I'm sure slowing to those speeds. I'd hate to be the mid packer with a frustrated TT driver trying to make up some time....YIKES.

I agree Mark 100%! I think we caught the first utv by pit 4 last year?? Anyway we come up on utv's very fast, it can make for a dangerous situation. We must all use extreme caution and tell our pit crews to let us know if there is a utv anywhere in front of us. With that many utv's they really need to start behind the cars though, thats the safest solution imo.

Conlon caught one before Cottontail, which I believe was pit 3 last year as well.

ya i just got home from the dollar store got 20 small bottles of pedalite. ill be doing half a bottle a day this week than a week before i go to a bottle a day,2 the day before and 1 before getting in the truck. ill bring one for me and one for driver during. that stuff work wonders for anyone its not just for the kiddos
