He is right, I have raced 7 or 8 TrophyLite races and never won one - gotten 2nd, 3rd or 4th almost every race and won more money doing that in TrophyLite than I have in my 4 Baja 1000 wins, 4 Baja 500 wins, other SCORE wins, BITD wins, FUD wins, MDR wins, HDRA wins... all combined. I'm a failure, I think I'll quit.

Class 1600 (2000 BITD) have always had some what low entries for V2R. Lots of silt and high speed roads make that race boring in the limited classes, in my opinion. I raced it a few times in 1600 solely because we were going for a championship and we were racing the Trophy Truck or the Class 1 there anyways. Parker is probably the biggest 1600 turn out for a BITD race. For one it's a great race, and also it's in the beginning of the year so people are excited to go racing, and the course is a blast. Much more competitive for the limit classes!

Knock it off Ramsey. Retorical or not these are kids that race their arses off from the Parker 425 to V-2-R and no matter how many entries they race just as hard as if there were 30 entries. No one buys anyone a championship you still have be good and work for it and there is good competition even if its 6-10 cars on some races. Every 1600 race is tuff and enduring.

The 1600 entries are down for sure at v2r this year but even though there is only a few guys its still a tough battle all the way to Dayton. Last year silver state was the only one that had low entires but in the end its still racing whether its 5 cars of 25 cars.
