If his new law AB 1595 stays as is, it will be much easier for him to push his law Nationwide. His new law and its flaws show he is not on the side of the OHV user.

The man that will be running against him is Republican Gregg Imus. Imus is a firm believer of our rights to use public land and is against the Military taking Johnson Valley. I was able to speak to him the other day. He said if he wins Congressional District 8 he is going to do everything in his power to revert some of these new laws and get some of our public land back.

Check out his website. Call him or leave him a message. If you want to speak to him in person he will call you back. He called me at 7pm. http://www.imusforcongress.com/
Greg Imus is Assemblyman Tim Donnely's Chief of Staff. We REALLY need him in Congress. Cook is just another RINO.

Yep Mr Paul Cook is a retired Marine Colonel. So who do you think he is going to support if he wins and is elected into District 8 Congress? Some say he has more pull then Gregg Imus and could be of some help, but I think he is more concerned about furthering his Political carrier, and will side with his Marine Brotherhood and other politicians. He does not really care about the OHV community. What do we have to offer him? We have very little power.

The only power we have right now over Paul Cook is Votes. If he does not amend AB 1595, as his staff says they are trying to do. But if they dont the OHV community need to launch a campaign to support Gregg Imus and put Paul Cook out of the Political business.
