I've never raced pro buggy or pro lite but I did race limited buggy for a few seasons, and I have ran a 1600 car for a season. There is no comparison at all, way less maintenance and $$$$$! The biggest thing for me was finding the right gearing and tire sizes, the motor gets pretty expensive if you want to be competitive. Even in a 1600 car is expensive so the cost for motor is the same. LOORS is the way to go forsure, just my perspective.
